FEM Women’s Health

This fall, FEM Women’s Health opened it’s door. FEM is a women-owned gynecology practice in the Planstville section of Southington. FEM Women’s Health is designed for women who want high-quality, individualized care with transparent, affordable pricing. Many women today feel rushed or dismissed in larger healthcare systems. At FEM, every patient is treated as a partner in their care. Services include routine gynecologic exams, contraception counseling, menopause management, problem visits, lab testing, and more — all guided by an experienced APRN who values evidence-based medicine and shared decision making. Using a direct-pay practice model FEM is free of the limitations of insurance companies and able to offer longer visits that allow women to be truly heard. At its core, FEM Women’s Health represents a return to what healthcare should be — personal, transparent and respectful.
