About the Facilitator –

Ralph Riccio, Professional Leadership Coach and Certified EOS Implementer

As a kid, Ralph grew up watching his entrepreneurial dad run his small retail clothing store in downtown Southington. He saw the good, and the bad, running a business can bring. Watching both the joy and frustration in his dad as he ran the business day to day with his twin brother Vito, Ralph became obsessed with learning what it took to run a truly great organization.

Since then, Ralph has spent most of his career working on leadership teams of organizations of all shapes and sizes building strong, cohesive teams; helping them to identify solutions and overcome obstacles; and ultimately driving revenue and stronger team performance. Ralph understands the ups, and more importantly, the downs of running a successful business.

Ralph has a passion for locally owned and operated small and medium sized businesses, helping them implement long lasting change that brings them better results that is driven by the owner and their team. As an EOS Implementer today, Ralph works with companies and leadership teams to help them get everything they truly want out of their businesses.

If isn’t not working with one of his clients, you’ll find him entertaining friends and family; cooking an Italian meal at home; or traveling with his wife Machele and 3 step-kids – Grace, Kyle and Leah. At some point, ask Ralph about “Truck Driver Friday”. It’s his favorite day of the year. You’re bound to get an invite.
