– Multiple openings available seasonally & as needed
– Part Time (under 30 hours a week) and Per Diem (hours picked up as needed).
o Must be willing to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
– Main Duties:
o Customer service and facility management for patrons attending Happy’s.
o Clean and maintain facility.
o Welcome clients, introduce them to the simulator software and facility rules.
o Moderate and answer questions as needed during visit.
o Check out each rental/lesson/program and collect payment as needed.
o Answer phone calls and emails while on shift to book new rentals, make changes to scheduled bookings, and answer general questions.
o Help lead special events and programs based on their expertise.
o Other duties as assigned.

o Golf Industry or Personal Golfing experience OR willingness to learn.
