The Southington Chamber of Commerce extends the opportunity for Member Health & Wellness related businesses to increase visibility and meet face to face with residents of the community at the Chamber’s booth at the weekly Farmers Market (June 23-September 22/3-6 p.m.) held on the Southington Town Green.

There is no fee for participation.

Space is limited to the first 14 businesses.

Space may be reserved by securing one of the weekly tickets below.

Please only sign up for one week.

Participants must pick up the table and Chamber logo cloth at the Chamber on Thursday the day prior to the event, or make arrangements for the table to be left outside the Chamber door for Friday. All items must be returned to the Chamber the same day as the event. (the Chamber has reduced summer hours on Fridays)

Please take pictures of your staff at the table with your company logo and the Chamber logo visible. The Chamber will provide added publicity to your business once you email the photos to social@southingtonchamber.com

Business must display the Chamber logo on one half of the front of the table and their business logo on the other half.

Business will be give copies of the 2023 Southington Business Directory to distribute to the public.

Businesses may use the space to share health & wellness related materials, conduct assessments and evaluations, collect data and or business cards, handout novelties, offer a chance at a door prize, BUT MAY NOT SELL ANYTHING AT THE BOOTH.

Booths must be set up by 2:30 and staffed from 3-6 p.m.

The materials need to be returned to the Chamber after the event. (Chamber is behind the municipal lot across from the Town Green)

This is an EXCLUSIVE CHAMBER MEMBER BUSINESS BENEFIT.

PLEASE NOTE: Your space is not officially reserved until you receive a confirmation from the Chamber office, and make arrangements to pick up materials.

Add one ticket to your cart and check out. There is no fee. Include the Contact information for the person that will be working the booth for your company.

If there is a 0 under capacity, it means this week is spoken for by another company.
