A Monthly ‘Tri-Chambers in the Morning’ Virtual Networking Program
A partnership among Southington, Windham and Windsor Chambers
‘Connecting Businesses Across Connecticut’ is a refreshing take on the monthly virtual Chamber in the Morning program. It originated with the Southington Chamber of Commerce as a way to help its member businesses connect with more potential customers and clients statewide. Together with the Windham Region Chamber and the Windsor Chamber we launched the first program on February 3, 2021. This program is held quarterly on varying days from 8-9a.m. It offers a structured and purposeful approach to building new relationships. We are thrilled to announce Steve Porcaro as our program facilitator.
Steve is an executive coach, trainer and speaker with over 25 years of experience in helping organizations achieve their goals, improve team results and create high-performers.
He uses an assessment-based approach that enables individuals to reduce stress and improve performance, and is a frequent speaker on communication, work/life balance and teamwork. His interactive presentations & workshops provide participants with information, skills and tools that can be put into action immediately.
Steve is a graduate of the Advanced Coaching Program from Coach U, Past-President of the CT Chapter of the International Coach Federation, and a Certified Master OASIS Trainer.

Other Information:
- The virtual meetings are schedule on the 1st Wednesdays of each month from 8-9 AM
- Open to Southington, Windham Region and Windsor Chamber Members only.
- Chamber members only will be able to do the detailed “spotlight” business presentation.
- There will be no meetings on days which the Chamber is closed due to a holiday.
- Meeting is cancelled if public schools are delayed or closed due to weather.
