“We Serve the Southington Community”  – Kiwanis Club of Southington is a volunteer charitable organization supporting many causes throughout our community including: the arts and education, scholarships for local students, Southington Community Services Food Bank, backpacks for kids, Bread for Life, Leadership & Training for High School Students, personal items for Veterans in the VA Hospital, sponsoring Scout troops, adopting families at Christmas time, providing smoke detectors through the SFD, and much more. Kiwanis invites those interested in becoming volunteers to join them at their meetings held the first and third Tuesday of every month at 6:15 p.m. at the Manor Inn.  For more information contact Bob Poirier, Club President.
