Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Lead for our Equipment, Rentals & Supplies (EQ&S) division. This position plays a key role in driving sales growth, engaging directly with customers, and promoting our full range of products and rental solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building customer relationships, and consistently identifies opportunities to enhance customer experience. In this role, you will champion daily customer engagement, assist with inventory coordination, and collaborate with the broader team to ensure smooth daily operations while keeping sales and customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Responsibilities:

-Drive and develop inside and equipment sales, while supporting outside sales teams and rental counter activities.
-Manage product availability, stock levels, and inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and variance research.
-Respond to customer inquiries (in-store and online), qualify leads, and ensure professional handling of sales from start to finish.
-Maintain clean, organized, and professional displays both inside the store and in exterior equipment areas.
-Utilize approved financing programs as sales tools to grow equipment sales.
-Handle customer service issues and complaints with professionalism, escalating when needed.
-Participate in bid follow-ups, equipment loading/unloading, and material handling when required.
-Support the General Manager in overseeing store operations, sales, inventory, and staff compliance with safety and warehouse procedures.
-Ensure adherence to opening/closing procedures, store security, and daily operational protocols.

Qualifications

-A Consistent Schedule (Saturdays mandatory; potential for overtime based off business needs)
-Customer service & Sales Experience Required
-Equipment & Rental knowledge a plus
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed
