SUMMARY:Planning Ahead: 2026 & 2027 Meet the Candidates Forum
DESCRIPTION:The 2025 Meet the Candidates Forum will not take place due to scheduling conflicts on October 16\, 2025\, with the Red Ribbon Ceremony and the SHS Wall of Fame Induction Ceremony on October 22\, 2025.\nThe Chamber has a full calendar of programming through the end of the year and is unable to offer another date. \nIn an effort to avoid scheduling conflicts during the next two campaign cycles\, we invite you to reserve the dates for the 2026 and 2027 elections. (Registration for these events will be on separate event pages from this announcement page. Dates are tentative until official event page is created. For information call the Chamber office at 860.628.8036. Candidate participation is voluntary. The forum will take place with the candidates who are able to participate on the official scheduled dates of the events.) \nThe 2026 Meet the Candidates Forum for State Elections will be held on Thursday\, October 13\, 2026. (subject to change based on Chamber calendar) \nThe 2027 Meet the Candidates Forum for Southington Town Council Elections will be held on Thursday\, October 14\, 2027.
